Was waiting on their bus 8 to go downtown and 2 of their busses just drove right on by horrible service

The bus drivers are providing a service to people. Common courtesy should be hello when you speak to them and half don't speak back or show attitudes on their faces . Just to me no customer service friendly at all. Shame on you do better

I don’t normally ride the bus, but I recently started using Metro RTA here and there to help move cars for work — and honestly, I’ve been really impressed. The drivers are friendly and professional, the buses are super clean, and the newer equipment makes it feel more like a shuttle than old-school public transit. If you’re someone who never thought they’d take the bus, give it a shot — it’s way better than you’d expect. Convenient, comfortable, and a great backup option when you need it.
