The bus drivers are providing a service to people. Common courtesy should be hello when you speak to them and half don't speak back or show attitudes on their faces . Just to me no customer service friendly at all. Shame on you do better
I don’t normally ride the bus, but I recently started using Metro RTA here and there to help move cars for work — and honestly, I’ve been really impressed. The drivers are friendly and professional, the buses are super clean, and the newer equipment makes it feel more like a shuttle than old-school public transit. If you’re someone who never thought they’d take the bus, give it a shot — it’s way better than you’d expect. Convenient, comfortable, and a great backup option when you need it.
They need to realize it's 2025, and start updating their technology to accommodate disabled people. New here and this is by far the most Ableist public transportation service I've encountered. Attempting to figure out information on a bus is impossible.
