Well let me start that I haven't gotten on Metro in years today my first day. I was at the transit downtown Akron . The first bus leaving from downtown the front of the bus said 10 turns out it was bus 20. Then when I finally was able to get the bus I needed the bus driver drove like he hasn't driven a bus before because the seats was plastic I slid in to the seat in front of me because I was sitting in the back back of the bus. These bus drivers really need to learn to stay on their route schedule. If you show up to a stop 2 minutes early, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO WAIT.

The driver of the 2 bus at 1015 am from the transit center was so rude to me yesterday. I showed my card and apparently she didn't see it. She yelled YO where's your fare? You gotta pay! I was like my name is not Yo! I won't say that this is indicative of all the drivers some are extremely courteous but others are rude, drive hard and fast and they slam on their brakes. Spotty and inconsistent service. I've also had negative interactions with their transit police. Some rude some nice. It would be nice to get good service eve... read more
