This has been an amazing experience that I have not lately found in a rental car agency. I just texted David (the owner) last night in a great hurry to rent a car, and he just approved and made the reservation through texts!! Flew from Orlando to Dallas and Esther was waiting to provide me with the key even called me by my name as soon as I entered the building!!! 200% recommended and suggested in the Dallas area.
