Horrible people and service. Mask as flex ways rent a car too. Lie about unlimited mileage by claiming it in all sites but then specifying unlimited within 50mi. 😑 I told them honestly I had a planned doctor's appointment I'd want to drive to and they refused. I tried to reason with them, and show they were no restrictions in confirmations and emails, they refused. I tried to agree then and they just took my money and refused service even for what I'd prepaid for. Getting legal involved. Don't book with them.
I visited Dallas area on May 26th 2026 through May 29th. Flexways staff was great and very helpful, especially John. The car was nice, clean and at a very-very competitive on the price. The office is a little bit off the DFW Rental Car center but at that price - you can take Uber there and back and still beat the competitor's price. No issues at all, unlike my previous rents with large rent-a-car companies. Finally, a company that is on customer's side.
Amazing service. Any time I fly into DFW I’ll be using this company. Answered all of my questions. Was made sure I was properly taking care of. Response Time in professional manner and made everything I was dealing with easy. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
