MRFCU was one of the most prestigious credit unions around. Since there have been some changes and Michelle Singh has taken over the place is a disaster. She does not know what a good customer is and thinks she can push everyone around. Unfortunately it was a lot easier to work with and since she is there it is extremely hard to work with and assist in any issues you may have. It’s her way or no way.

Not cooperative, and fraudulent! All three of my stimulus checks were stolen and deposited into an account with this bank. I have been following up with them for two weeks now, after telling them this has been officially identified as fraud by the IRS and notified to all three credit bureaus. They have not responded. Look at their other ratings that aren’t on here, they are not good.
