Clean well organised grocery store.
Even though the new owner has clearly put in a lot of effort and made great upgrades to the store, a few terrible employees from the previous management still tarnish the good impression. For instance, the brunette woman, likely in her sixties, whom I frequently encounter at checkout lane #1, brings a consistently toxic vibe to the store. The prices indicated on the on-line Metro Flyer are never the same as in the store. I have asked several staff members about this and most just don't care. One girl told me I shouldn't pay attention to that. Lol
Went to metro today Sunday March 9 2026. Service in the butcher shop was terrible asking about a certain cut of meat and the gentleman didn't even know what kind of meat that was, he sent us to somebody else which was in charge of The butcher shop, my husband spoke English to him he wouldn't even reply to him he only spoke to him in French, he couldn't even bother.
