I had a very bad experience at this metro store during my visit to Canada. I am an older woman visiting from Mexico and I only speak Spanish. I’ve been at this store before with my family multiple times and we’ve been served by the same cashier who can speak Spanish and was helping my family and me. Good selection and sales, but they ALWAYS mess up with bagging (especially with not packing raw meats separately). I have complained numerous times but nothing changes. If employees don't follow these guidelines, then what else is (isn't) happening with health and safety? It's my local store, but I'm shopping elsewhere most of the time until I see an improvement with food handling.
