Fantastic physio, very relaxed environment Highly recommended
I have been seeing Nicola intermittently for the last 6 months due to achilles tendonitis. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. I have seen a great improvement in my achilles tendonitis along with actually understanding the root cause of this and nicola has helped educate me on strengthening my weaker areas. After over 18 months with hamstring tendinopathy issues figured that was just the deal for the foreseeable, then I hered about shockwave therapy, so glad I gave it a go, the difference was absolutely incredible, complete game changer, felt I could stride properly again when running, and experienced it being pain free again. Best Physio on the Wirral in my opinion would not go anywhere else from now on.
Great physio team. Sorted my neck out and got me back running very quickly. Would highly recommend the Lomax team.
