METROSPORTS IS NOT SAFE FOR TRANS AND NONBINARY PEOPLE. I went to MetroSports thinking that they would be an accepting space for Trans and Non-Binary patients… I was wrong. I was misgendered from the moment I arrived and physical therapists refused to acknowledge my gender or use my pronouns. After informing them that I would not be returning to a healthcare facility that does not respect my identity, I was ignorantly told that this could be a “learning experience for me”. METROSPORTS PT is TRANSPHOBIC
After weeks of terrible sciatic pain and negligible results by big name hospital I found Metro and after 4 sessions was pain free and on the way to my healthy backside.
