I was referred to MetroPT in Buchanan after i had a terrible experience at NY Presb Rehab at the hospital. My consultation was with Jeff Drukin after having a full hip replacement (Jeff saw how far behind i was in my recovery due to improper care and jumped right in. Jeff is caring, patient and knows his work! after the first two sessions with jeff, i was on the road to the recovery i should of been on. I would highly recommend Metro PT. My PT Jeffrey resolved my issue very quickly. His excellent skills, patience and delightful sense of humor made my visits enjoyable and not to be dreaded.
Really uncomfortable environment and staff seemed unprofessional. The pt that I had (blonde middle age women) mentioned coming by my house and didn’t have enough time to watch my progress. Tight space and always late to start.
The Metro Physical Therapy at Buchanan team is amazing. They are really helpful and listen to what you need. They are a great group, especially Sydney the office manager!
