I cannot say enough positive things about Doctor Bottari. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly highly intelligent. When I had a full replacement of my left knee, she took the time to thoroughly assess, explain, and tailor a treatment that met my needs. I just finished several months of PT, aquatic therapy with 2 outstanding therapists. I worked with Ali ( PT ) and Kelly ( OT ). It was an excellent experience. Both therapists were attentive ,kind, caring, encouraging and professional. They explained what they were asking me to do and why. I was given exercises to do at home that were changed as needed. I was very happy with the results I got from going to Metro PT. My therapists, Mike and Nick, gave me exercises to help with my scoliosis and the pain that comes with it. They made sure I was doing them correctly and they sent me home with a plan to continue with my exercises to do at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The assistants, Teddy and Angelica were quick to be sure I was always taken care of. I would definitely recommend Metro PT in Smithtown.
Ali, the director of Metro PT, was nothing short of wonderful. Her complete knowledge and gentle manner was nothing I've ever come close to having with any prior physical therapy experiences. I felt both trusting and comfortable right from the start! So if you're looking for a capable physical therapist don't look any further. Simply, she healed me in a short period of time.
