Ali, the director of Metro PT, was nothing short of wonderful. Her complete knowledge and gentle manner was nothing I've ever come close to having with any prior physical therapy experiences. I felt both trusting and comfortable right from the start! So if you're looking for a capable physical therapist don't look any further. Simply, she healed me in a short period of time. I recently went back to PT for a knee problem. Mike Sanchez was my physical therapist. I have had him in the past for another issue. He was great both times! He was patient with me, and any concerns I had, he addressed . He never made me feel like a bother for all my questions. Always professional, and kind. He go me back on my feet, and feeling much better!! I highly recommend him if you are in need of physical therapist!
This was my first time in physical therapy and the experience was wonderful. The therapists I met, Chris, Paige and Ali were all very professional, knowledgeable and a delight to be with, despite some painful experiences. But that’s what effective and successful therapy is all about. I came in over 2 months ago in pain and with a noticeable limp. Now on my last day, walked out pain free with a normal gait. i’ve been going to metro physical therapy for the last 6 months and the attention to detail for my needs on to getting back into mma after my double tear meniscus surgery has been nothing short but the best. dr micheal and alley and there assistant teddy have made physical therapy such a comfortable place with nothing but positivity and helping hands. I would highly recommend metro physical therapy to anyone in need of physical therapy especially the smithtown main st location.
