I went to the Smithtown location of Metro seeking treatment for Bell's Palsy. I worked with Allie for PT and Devin for acupuncture. Allie is very kind and patient, but more importantly, is very knowledgeable about my condition. She evaluated me and began treatment immediately, sending me home with exercises to do multiple times daily. I made rapid progress under her guidance. Dr. Ali is truly exceptional! I’ve been to several physical therapists over the years, and Dr. Ali stands out above the rest. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive — always taking the time to explain what’s going on with my injury and how each exercise supports my recovery. I am so happy I chose Metro! Allie has been so helpful in solving my issues with dizziness. I also added acupuncture with Devin. I felt so much better after my first session! Everyone there has been so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
Went in after a clean break no surgery needed in my foot. Due to mismanagement of healing by my original doctor I was stuck in the boot for 7 months, should have been 6-8 weeks. Everyone at Metro was amazing and got me walking again in a few weeks! Could not recommend a better PT office! The aides and the Therapists are phenomenal and very knowledgeable! I hope I don’t have to deal with another injury but god forbid I do they are the first I will call!
I cannot say enough positive things about Doctor Bottari. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly highly intelligent. When I had a full replacement of my left knee, she took the time to thoroughly assess, explain, and tailor a treatment that met my needs.
