after total knee replacement I wasted six weeks with the wrong PT establishment. I decided to switch to Metro, within one visit I knew I had the right place. Wonderful people caring, knowledgable and on point. My experience has been informative. I trust my therapist Jason to get me to the numbers where I need to be to avoid an MUA. I went to Wading River PT for lower back Pain/spinal stenosis. Matt and Christine were fabulous ! They addressed the problem thoroughly and after three eight week sessions, I am Pain free. I have learned to strengthen my core and was given specific exercises to do. I highly recommend this practice!
Went to Metro in Wading River from a recommendation to specifically see Matt for my rotator cuff repair rehab. Matt was very personable and friendly. He explained what his treatment plan was for me and explained in detail the purpose and target of each exercise. He also informed me of what I should avoid doing as to not hinder my progress. Very professional and caring. I could hardly use my right hand before I went to Kelly within a few weeks. I have made tremendous strides. I would highly recommend her.
