I got flattened by a car . Metro ,they got me walking again cause they’re good therapists
Due to able-bodied caretakers consistently taking the 2 disabled spots in an 8-car small lot, you had best be prepared to walk. Today, the closest parking was at King Kullen. Do not try to cancel due to parking or you might be stopped and humiliated by their assistant director in front of the entire place as I was. They could have handled it better multiple ways: where the director spoke to me while she worked on me, called me about an issue that is obviously ongoing, or just let me cancel the appt which is what I was trying... read more
The whole experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, the rehabilitation exercises were spot on, and the therapists were engaged, knowledgeable and very personable. I am a physician, and highly recommend this team.
The therapists at Hampton Bays Metro PT are simply exceptional. You're treated as an individual and your therapy program is specific to your problem. The treatments are diverse and modified as you improve. They're good listeners which results in a faster recovery. I can't say enough good things about all of the therapists at this facility.
