I have been coming cto this location for many years , after trying out Northwell”s transitions. For physical therapy, there are some therapists that are my favorite (Brayden, Tracy,Von, Jillian and Antony )because they really push you to your limits and genuinely want to see you improve and go beyond your goals. I have been to a number of physical therapy facilities, and Metro PT is definitely the best. The sessions are one hour long and nonstop. The facility is spacious and clean and has a wide variety of apparatus. There is a Pilates room and a pool room. The physical therapists, Raquel and Tracy, I worked with are excellent. I especially enjoy Pilates therapy with Tracy. She is always upbeat and tailors the exercises to my problem areas. Although she likes to think of herself as a tough drill sergeant, she is much too nice.
