I have been to a number of physical therapy facilities, and Metro PT is definitely the best. The sessions are one hour long and nonstop. The facility is spacious and clean and has a wide variety of apparatus. There is a Pilates room and a pool room. The physical therapists, Raquel and Tracy, I worked with are excellent. I especially enjoy Pilates therapy with Tracy. She is always upbeat and tailors the exercises to my problem areas. Although she likes to think of herself as a tough drill sergeant, she is much too nice.
