Not sure what purpose it serves making the front entrance to this building as inviting as possible to the local drug addicts & mentally ill. Day or night, people are welcome to set up shop right in their front entrance because the employees enter through the back. At one point people were spending days in front of the entrance, or in the grass directly in front, that I watched them use the utility hatch set in the grass as a bathroom.
