My experiences with Metro Moving were nothing less than a dream! I couldn’t have prayed for a better experience. This wasn’t a traditional move in the sense of going from one home to another. I was remodeling, redecorating and replacing furniture and appliances throughout my house. I had a 15 yard dumpster which the guys packed completely filled in an organized fashion, maximizing the amount of space by at least 70%. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I scheduled an appointment with a sketchy moving company a couple of weeks ago. I called to confirm my move-in date, and the extremely unprofessional woman who answered the phone said someone had called to cancel the appointment…. After she jumbled with a few other excuses beforehand… She finally settled on someone had canceled. I am a single man, and no one knew that I had scheduled them for my move-in. Stop looking for a moving company. This is the one you want to use! Dana helped us through the entire process making sure we were packed and ready for move day. Tony and his team showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Metro wrapped our furniture to protect it and took their time moving our belongings. Don’t hesitate to use this company.
Today was the second time I've used Metro Moving. The first time I found them accidentally since they were the only movers available when I needed to move out of my apartment after Ida. They came on time and were well prepared. I had a 3 person crew and each one of the guys were very pleasant, accommodating, super helpful. They also moved my very quickly.
