This company towed my car out of a spot where I was legally parked, then wouldn't return my car, and I was stranded with a Costco sized amount of groceries. They told me to show my evidence to the manager, but wouldn't give me their information! Apparently their driver dropped off my car in their lot and speeded away because the guy on the phone "couldn't reach anyone"

Sean and the rest of the staff were amazing after my dad got into a car accident in DC. They took him to the hospital to make sure that he was okay and helped me retrieve my belongings from my car after the accident (even helping me unload the car!). The lot is always locked and monitored and made me feel good about keeping my car here safely. Thank you so much to the entire staff! I would definitely recommend this business!

Metro Towing provides exceptional service. They are professional, prompt, and very accommodating. The experience of dealing with a flat tire was made effortless. The tow truck not only arrived in an impressively short time, but the driver also ensured I felt secure and well looked after, providing recommendations for a service shop with which he is familiar. I had a really poor experience with Metro Motor Towing. They took much longer than promised to arrive, and there was no communication or update during the wait. When the driver finally showed up, the service felt rushed and careless. On top of that, the final price was higher than what I was told over the phone. Overall, not reliable and definitely not worth it.
