It was a great experience working with Nathan. We had a more complex income owning a business but this was not an issue for Nathan. He sorted everything out with the Mortgage Companies and got us a great rate. He also advised us on a wide range of home-buying topics and discussed the full range of options. For a first time home buyer this was very helpful and gave us confidence going into the process. Communication was very prompt and he was always quick to address concerns.
