You guys need to start training your drivers on how to drive better one of your bus's almost hit my car as I was in a roundabout. Also, a year and a half ago one of your drivers almost hit my car as was about to pull into my works parking lot I had a green light.

Any company that doesn't teach their drivers the basic rules of the road gets a 1 star. This morning around 7:40 am on County Road 5 in Burnsville, MN. One of your drivers stopped traffic to make an illegal U-Turn. The sign was clearly post that said No U-Turns!!! I didn't catch the bus number.

I have been using Metro Mobility for over 2 years and I will say that when it comes to them being professional & caring about the customers they do a poor job of that. I have had issues with the people that answer the phone especially the females. They usually answer the phone with such a rude tone of voice & act like it's a big deal to do their job. I have experienced times where they've lied and said I'd be picked at a certain time & then that time comes & no one shows up. Then I'm calling Metro Mobility back to figure out... read more
