Shame on you guys!!!!! I am extremely disappointed witnessing a costumers on mine who is in a wheelchair being dropped off to pick up his glasses just for him to have to wait over an hour for a ride and then making him have to wheel chair over a 8 minute distance to a different location to pick him up. Shame on you! This is how you treat people who are in need of help? Just awful. Mind you the original driver decided to just mark him as a no show while knowing his exact location but not wanting to pick him up. Smh
The fact that I have to schedule my pickup time 2 HOURS before my shift starts (despite living only 10 minutes away) just to make sure I get to work on time should tell you everything you need to know.
So far service is on time and drivers are polite and helpful
Today Saturday May 16th my bus never showed up/ went to the wrong house. When I call and asked them to check the camera they said they came and i didn’t show. Which is not true they went to the wrong house and I’m sure they didn’t check the camera.
If I could leave a negative star review, I would. I work at a medical facility where patients frequently have problems with their rides either dropping them off very early for appointments, picking them up way after their appointments or a new one that happened today, was canceling a patients ride home because they couldn't understand him.
