Hope you love scrambling for rides in case they didn’t show and or put you down as no call no show despite you waiting patiently(when you try to call MM and the reservation team relaying this info to you). This company is known for doing that crap to you (half the time) or anyone you know. Best option USE UBER/LYFT if you can afford it, and don’t use MM unless no choice!!!!! I hope this company goes under one yr but until then let’s keep our fingers crossed!!!!!
The first pick up was too late almost 2 hours late when we got to the place we had 12 minutes the going home bus that’s ridiculous. You need to stop hiring rude people Who answering the phone to help with the booking a ride I talked to a lady on Tuesday, December 16 at 9:00am 2025 she was so rude cutting me off while I was talking at the end, she didn’t help me either she doesn’t like her job. She need to find something different.
I am not able to do two post on Google. I recently deleted a disheartening experienced 3 wks ago or so the person was so rude. Not sure how Metromobitlty screen folks for employment they need to choose wisely, I really hope that person find a job she likes because evidently she was not pleased of working!? I was brought to my destination and I had a return to my home they left me out in the cold no one came and I was told that there was a mix up and they didn't know what happened terrible this is what our tax dollars are spent on.when im done this will be investigated I am contacting channel 5
By FAR the worst drivers on the road. Here’s a great example of a driver who missed their turn BACKING UP ON THE HIGHWAY so they can make their exit. I can’t imagine being someone using their service and having their life put in danger from such insane recklessness. Speaks volumes about this pathetic company.
