I hate Metro Mobility when I called yesterday July 23, 2026 to schedule a ride they said that I was on standby and that somebody would call to tell me what time the ride was scheduled for and they called the wrong number and said that my voicemail box was full but when I check my voicemail box it was not full even though there were someone voicemail in there and they said that the ride had been canceled because they couldn’t connect me even though they called the wrong phone number
This is the 3rd time that the call rep was rude & short with me when all I was doing was making a reservation for a ride. It's always the women call reps that seem to have such an attitude with me. All I'm trying to do is use the services provided to me. If I'm out of place for doing so please advise me. I'm tired of being treated this way. They have the most inconsistent and dumb drivers who will always make you late
Always late to pick me up from my house and pick me up from where I went. Edit: They're getting better
Shame on you guys!!!!! I am extremely disappointed witnessing a costumers on mine who is in a wheelchair being dropped off to pick up his glasses just for him to have to wait over an hour for a ride and then making him have to wheel chair over a 8 minute distance to a different location to pick him up. Shame on you! This is how you treat people who are in need of help? Just awful. Mind you the original driver decided to just mark him as a no show while knowing his exact location but not wanting to pick him up. Smh
