Metro by far is the worst company I have ridden with! The first time I sat in the back of a car with a tire that kept hitting me everytime they turned right. I am on Oxygen the last time I had a young girl vape the whole way 45 min to my appointment. She stated she had been up all night when she picked me up at 5:30 in the morning. She drove as if she was an ambulance driver and I was in dire need. Never again do I wish to ride with this company! There drivers are horrible The vehicles are horrible too. Usually the drivers I get are pretty good but today he kept looking at his phone with it in his hand the whole time. He can mount it on the dash but didn't. That didn't make me feel very secure. He was looking at it every two seconds!

I'm glad this company is around. the Metro family has made it so easy for me to go to my doctor appointments with no hassle. I he used to take the bus to my appointments, and it took most of the day. wonderful drivers, and very respectful.

The driver arrived on time. He was curtious and helpful. The van was well equipped and spacious.. Booking the trip online could have gone better.
