The operator of unit 7, who passed by Col. Rowe and 2nd Street today at 6:42 a.m., has a poor customer service attitude. He refused to help me with a transfer, arguing that the machine that accepts dollar bills isn't working. He told me he'd call the person on unit 11, but he displayed a despotic and unfriendly attitude. Employees like him hurts the good reputation of McAllen Metro Services. I hope the supervisor talks to him. Bad experience.
