So far the owner has been professional with answering questions and explaining how he has to fix my Rovi X3 electric wheelchair. I really need it fixed because of my spine injury plus my situation right now. I hope and pray it doesn't take very long to fix because this manual wheelchair can be a struggle and hassle sometimes
