I had purchased a Groupon for a glass chip repair. I spoke with Miss Kathy over the phone to set up my appointment. Even though I was running late, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Everyone around the shop was friendly and helpful. I was offered free coffee and free Wi-Fi. Groupon is such a great deal! If I have any other Auto Glass needs I will definitely be back to Metro Glass!
After carefully reviewing the reviews for Metro Glass was satisfied with the positive reviews. Went to texting them via Facebook and I cannot express the due diligence in response times on my questions and even after hours. They were very fair in pricing and even are mobile to take care of replacing the windshield. The rep Josh was polite, courteous and efficient. Completed the job in less than the two hours advised. I would and will recommend this company for glass repair.
