I purchased a custom sectional from Metro Element approximately a year ago and have been very happy with the sofa since! I received great service from the store, who made the customization process easy. The sectional was made quickly and has proven to be great quality - it is our daily sofa and after a year, still looks brand new!
Purchased a desk on March 24th that needed to be ordered from Quebec for production. Was told upon purchase from a staff member it would be 4 to 6 weeks that I would receive the merchandise. It is now Sept 14th 18 weeks later I have not received the merchandise I paid for on March 24th. No call from Metro element with updates. I have been a fan of Metro Element for ages now. My go to dote for plants and flowers as well as all of those little household items. Beautiful products and great selection. This summer I decided to buy a new sectional couch. Christina Loc, the owner, was so helpful in helping me choose the best sofa ever.
