This company is fantastic. We were recently preparing for a high level product demonstration and damaged a prop on one of our drones. We found ourselves calling around trying to find the replacement parts. We could not find anyone until we came across Bill Brooks at Metro Drones who was provided outstanding customer service. After looking and contacting so many people for help Bill was the only one that answered and made the effort to come out after I called him and drove almost a hour to help me look for my fur baby. I can’t thank him enough he was such a sweet and caring person and he showed empathy for us. He was really a great help and I highly recommend him for any of your drone needs.
