If I could rate them a zero, I would. We purchased the transfer service from the cruise port to LAX airport and were told to be at the bus at 8:00, which we were. There were a couple of hundred people in line for 5 buses. 5 of your employees were standing around and not helping anyone for about 15 minutes. Then, they started checking people in and loading one person and one bus at a time. It took about 30 minutes to load the first bus. They didn’t start loading the bus we were on until 8:37. Just had a terrible experience with a lady named Barbara at the cruise port. I asked the port staff how much the transfers were and they told me to go ask. I ask Barbara and she said $35 which was twice as much as Uber. As I tried To walk back in to port with my handicap parents she refuses to let me back in even though she doesn’t work for the port and they told me to go ask. I walked back in and she chased me in with a terrible attitude so worried about me going in with my family. Couldn’t believe how crazy this woman was.... read more
