I have been banking with Metro for 6 years, ever since moving to MA. It has worked well for my purposes this whole time, but particularly starting in early 2025, when I needed to open an estate account for a friend who had passed away. Deal with my friend's (different) bank was awful--first they didn't accept the legal documents I provided, then they tried to convince me to keep banking with them in a manipulative way, despite my repeated insistence that I wanted the estate account at my own bank. Everyone at this location, helps me in every issue that I have problems with. The tellers are polite and sometimes friendly ,also. I also wanted to give my best tellers; are Maria, Jacob and Ryan, but I don’t want to forget the manager who gets more than five stars!
What a friendly and accommodating branch. The staff is very welcoming, acknowledging me by name and assisting in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. The branch manager, Brian Rought, responds quickly to inquiries. He does his best to accommodate needs and sets up assistance when he is unavailable. Maria Brito was very helpful and assisting me this week, even though Bryan was out of the office, she was able to reach him by phone to address a question.
