I had an amazing experience opening an account with Maria and Jacob at the Newton location. Both representatives were extremely knowledgeable and clear in their explanation of account details. I love coming in person and banking with them!

I have been banking with Metro for 6 years, ever since moving to MA. It has worked well for my purposes this whole time, but particularly starting in early 2025, when I needed to open an estate account for a friend who had passed away. Deal with my friend's (different) bank was awful--first they didn't accept the legal documents I provided, then they tried to convince me to keep banking with them in a manipulative way, despite my repeated insistence that I wanted the estate account at my own bank.
