What a friendly and accommodating branch. The staff is very welcoming, acknowledging me by name and assisting in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. The branch manager, Brian Rought, responds quickly to inquiries. He does his best to accommodate needs and sets up assistance when he is unavailable. Maria Brito was very helpful and assisting me this week, even though Bryan was out of the office, she was able to reach him by phone to address a question. I having banking here for well over 2 years!!! Love their rates…More importantly, love their personal staff members. Brian the branch manager is hands down very knowledgeable and is willing to give you his best performance! They provide excellent customer service!!! Been to many local banks but this bank in particular has been a great experience, so much so that my entire family now banks here as well!
