나는 존스크릭에 있는 메트로시티 은행만 거래를 해 봤는데 다른 곳의 메트로시티 은행도 존스크릭점처럼 불친절하고 무례한지 궁금하다 . 단지 손님들의 편의를 조금 봐준다는 것을 대단한 서비스를 제공하고 있는걸로 착각하고 있다 . 우린 여러가지로 큰은행보다 불편함이 더 많아 CD 기간이 끝나면 다른곳으로 옮길 계획을 하고 있었고 오늘 만기일이 되어서 CD 에서 머니마켓으로 옮겼다 . 근데 , 머니마켓으로 옮긴 오늘 , 카운터의 김미정이란 분은 지난번에 어카운트를 닫는다고 하셨는데 언제 닫을거냐고 물어봤다 . 이런 질문을 하는 은행직원은 처음봤다 . 다른곳의 메트로시티 뱅크도 이렇게 일을 하는지는 모르겠지만 , 내가 거래를 안하면 그만이다 하지만 다른 사람들도 이렇게 불편하고 답답한 일을 겪지않도록 리뷰를 적는다 . 가능하면 미국은행을 거래하세요 !!!!
