I would stay far away from this company! Once they get your deposit, it is very very very hard to get a hold of them and then even when you do have a draft and a final contract they don’t follow through with what they said they were going to do. They lied and said they had started on my building but would not send me updated pictures until finally they started and then sent me pictures which was weeks after they said they started and we got our home delivered about two months past the date that they said . Went there twice, and we located a structure we loved, but no one around to show the structure, we were able to enter the structure, but we wanted more information than the sheet attached to the wall. My wife called and reached a woman who ran the lot. She tried to talk her out of the structure and tried to sell a smaller unit. The lot advertised that the units and the company is an outlet they don't check credit, which is all incorrect, is NOT an outlet and she asked my wife what our credit rating is, also they finance at h... read more
