The building itself was delivered and was just as ordered a couple years ago. However, we have never even started our project with it so we are attempting to sell it. I called Metro Buildings to see if I could take advantage of their cancellation policy. I would stay far away from this company! Once they get your deposit, it is very very very hard to get a hold of them and then even when you do have a draft and a final contract they don’t follow through with what they said they were going to do. They lied and said they had started on my building but would not send me updated pictures until finally they started and then sent me pictures which was weeks after they said they started and we got our home delivered about two months past the date that they said .
