Excellent! Great communication and ahead of schedule
A driver was suppose to meet me at baggage claim upon the arrival of my flight. When I got to baggage claim my driver was not there. I texted the number that was sent to me for driver contact. I received no response. 20 minutes had passed by when I finally got a call from the driver saying there was so much "traffic" at the airport. Not True. My ride service to DTW was excellent. My driver arrived a little earlier and my ride to the airport was comfortable, safe, in a very nice and clean vehicle by a professional and courteous driver. Upon arriving back I will be using this service again.
