The staff is very rude. I've been here many times and have never had a great experience. What finally broke me was when I was looking for a new cantilever hanger for my cross bike. The salesperson had no idea what a cantilever hanger was and after I showed him a picture on me phone he ridiculed me and claimed he would "need a time machine to go back to the '80s" to find that part. Saved me from a flat ruined tire in 10 min. Cost $75 for a beefy new road tire (regular tire would have been $20 less), tube, labor, and while he had it up he fixed an annoying gear shift issue. I'm very satisfied!
