On a recent visit to the Metro at Steeles and Bathurst I was pleasantly surprised by a rare example of kindness and compatance. A young cashier Anthony was so helpful. I recently had surgery and had a little difficulty managing my bags. He showed great empathy and concern. Rare to see from a young man these day's.
