Shortage ofstaff
The problem every time is not enough staff manning the tills, you end up queuing for ages. The staff are great though, it just takes so long even for a simple thing to get done at this branch
STAFF RUDE... AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIS HAS NOT CHANGED IN YEARS YET THE BANK HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS... I HAVE WITNESSED ELDER CUSTOMERS BEING DISRESPECTED BY THE WORKERS... METRO YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS...
Had a really nice experience at the Metro Bank Hounslow branch. Rubi was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions clearly and patiently. She also shared useful points to consider while choosing the right plans, which I really appreciated. The overall service was friendly and professional. Honestly, based on this visit, I don’t quite understand why people complain so much about bank services—my experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this branch.
