Awful bank. Impossible to get hold of anyone and their AI assistant is dreadful
A very friendly bank but I joined it as they were open Saturday and Sundays which is no longer the case.
Closed on a Saturday so not helpful
Unfortunately the service was terrible they should specify that you need an appointment. Waited for over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a 10 min protocol to close my locker….
