I've been banking with FNB for years and have never had a problem. Always courteous on the phone and in office. Rohrerstown rd office.
Very unprofessional bank, I had an appointment with Brandon for a business account, multiple times he got up to attend someone else's needs, he entered my information in wrong and the list just goes on, if I could leave this bank 0 stars I would, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, Brandon is very very un-professional as well, save yourself the headache trust me
If you have a business account, you can not order a replacement debit card without coming into the branch. Archaic and inconvenient. The 800 service that is printed on the card does can’t help either (after wasting nearly an hour on the phone running through their computer system, then finally speaking to a rep, who was short and not helpful). The branch reps have been professional in the past, but if you’re looking for convenient banking where someone will go out of their way for you… maybe move on?
This branch is horrible with record keeping do not get an account there. My card was previously “compromised “ because they kept mailing notifications to my old address after I updated with them in person, when I called them about it their response was “well you’re lucky that this is an easy fix for you” when I told them I had a school payment to make I was then told “well then just defer it for a month”. Do not bank at the Rohrestown rd FNB branch. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. The branch manager Lisa would not have an adult conversation about a fraud situation that happened with my account. Sent her tellers out to talk to me. And side note… I heard her through the door and knew she was available. She decided at that point in time she would take a lunch break instead of dealing with my situation. I have never experienced something like this ever in my life. Shame on you Lisa.
