I've been banking with FNB for years and have never had a problem. Always courteous on the phone and in office. Rohrerstown rd office.
Very unprofessional bank, I had an appointment with Brandon for a business account, multiple times he got up to attend someone else's needs, he entered my information in wrong and the list just goes on, if I could leave this bank 0 stars I would, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, Brandon is very very un-professional as well, save yourself the headache trust me
If you have a business account, you can not order a replacement debit card without coming into the branch. Archaic and inconvenient. The 800 service that is printed on the card does can’t help either (after wasting nearly an hour on the phone running through their computer system, then finally speaking to a rep, who was short and not helpful). The branch reps have been professional in the past, but if you’re looking for convenient banking where someone will go out of their way for you… maybe move on?
