Very pushy salesman. From the moment we arrived he tried to sell us the most expensive washer and dryer. We ended up buying the exact set some place else for less money. I’ve bought many appliances there but never from this salesman.
Although Metro Appliances & More does have a good selection, their repair service is horrible. I ordered a capacitor, to repair my ceiling fan, which supposedly came from the factory. I immediately noticed the part was used, but installed it thinking it would be good. Only one speed worked, indicating a defective USED capacitor. Will never buy from them again. Good thing I have lifetime motor replacement!
Their add on tv makes it sound like they have the best price , cheaper than the other shops cheaper than the shops with 40% off , so I called and they were higher than the other stores False advertising
