My partner and I were already in very deep with another lender when a huge hiccup came up with our new home’s appraisal. I've loved working with Greg and the team here and always tell anyone I know who is looking to buy a home to call them first! One of my biggest regrets in life right now is that I am paying at least 1/2 a percent more on my mortgage rate than I would be if I had found them two years ago. But don't make the same mistake I did and make sure to talk to them first!
