I went this morning to pick some flowers for my wife , I went to floral counter no one was there , I asked one guy where could I go to get them wrapped . He told me to go to front cash counter and they will help me . I did that I went to counter and asked lady nicely if I can get these flowers wrapped , very rudely she told me I have to do it myself . Like seriously I paid $33 to wrap it myself ? Very disappointing.
I went to the bakery section to buy an eggless cake and asked the staff where I could find it. Instead of helping me politely, they made annoyed faces and responded in a way that made me feel like I was bothering them—even though I simply asked if they had it. I regularly used to shop for my groceries there, but after this experience, I’ve stopped going because of the poor customer service.
Plenty of superior grocery opens in this city. Steer clear!
Nicely laid out - tremendous variety of produce along with prepared salads, fruit platters and deli delights. Wide, well organized aisles with little nooks assigned for seasonal products (ie: Easter Chocolates). Plenty of helpful staff at the cash, plentiful parking and well stocked beer and wine section.
