At around 8:15pm, my family and I visited the bakery. The employee assisting us had AirPods in and took an unreasonably long time to acknowledge us. It felt dismissive, especially as my husband and child are Black. When we asked for writing on a cake, she refused and said, “I don’t know how to write.” This level of service is unacceptable.
