After 20 years of shopping with metro I have to say it will be my last time traveling across town to shop here. The customer service ever decline. If it wasnt for the security guard I feel the self service girl would of ignored me all night and stayed on the phone. Most of the stuff I needed only this store carried in stock but thankfully they dont anymore so I dont ever have to come back Very disappointed metro. Do better
Go here if you love self-checkouts and overpriced groceries... Having just a single checkout open at 4:45p on a Saturday is, in my opinion, ludicrous. There was a line-up of 5 other people waiting for it (with fairly full carts) and I could see/hear most other people scoff or sigh as they walked by, knowing that they'd have to head to self-checkout if they wanted to get out of there in a reasonable amount of time...
