This was once my favourite small grocery store. Years passed and this Metro is still the same, on a contrary, their cusomer service downgraded. Tonight I was waiting at the cashier. The genleman before me, had an issue with a product. It started "the investigation". Meanwhile about 5 of us were waiting patiently in line. He had absolutely no intention to apologise to the line, nor at least predend he cares and potentilly speed things up a bit. The produce department at this location has went completely downhill. Nearly EVERYTHING on their shelves is multiple day old, dried up/rubbery garbage. They need to get someone in this store to properly train the produce department on when product has gone bad.
