A lot of the deli people there are rude. Need training or be let go. The old lady who smokes and the young dude blondish hair. Rest of the staff seems pretty good tho at Metro.
Produce is of good quality and people working here are always polite and helpful.
Shopped at Metro on Greenbank Road today. I had to go back because on my receipt there were mistakes and I was not charged for my toilet paper as well. The cashier made several mistakes and was very rude. I did not see her name but she had very long pointy and sparkly nails. The ladies at the service desk were lovely and fixed the mistakes. Thank you
Went to this location Tuesday evening. Lady was at service desk and ignoring self checkout. I waited for help but she was rude and ignored us at self checkout. Won't return as this is not the first time this lady has been rude with me. She has alot of tattoos and dreadlock hair.
