Very bad experience today. I don’t know the name of the florist working today, but she was so rude and disrespectful. We waited an extra 10-15 minutes for her to show up and when she came she did not have a pleasant attitude. She wrapped the flowers wrong and then when we politely told her we wanted them refreshed and packaged she gave us such a bad look.
