Was just hanging out near the promotion meat for the wife, and while waiting the wife comes and asks if the meat is coming (they were currently out). Wouldn't you know an associate (I hope I get his name right) Petro is passing by and asks what he can help with. Let him know we were waiting for the lean ground beef and 30 seconds later he comes back to let us know it's on its way. That's fantastic customer service in my mind. expensive but good variety of products
I have been coming to this metro location for about 15 years now. Unfortunately, a lot has changed here in the past year and It’s not for the better. The quality and quantity of products on the shelf are just not there. Often I go in and there is no stock. The bakery area is quite poor compared to years past. The other part is that the way they have now put in a lot of self checkout, before they had about eight units and now they’re probably up to 14 or so and the whole place is gated.
