Every time I come to exchange a scratch ticket, there is no one at the service counter. I always am made to wait for at least 5 min sometimes longer. Today I waited 5 minutes, then I finally got an attendant who showed no customer service skills. She was rude, didn’t apologize for the wait and acted like I was wasting her time. Cashier 242 needs a customer service refresher. In my opinion, metro shouldn’t even have a lotto counter if you can’t keep someone there. It makes no sense.
Way better than the locations in Kingston, it’s much cleaner and organized in my opinion!

Metro Napanee is one of the better grocery stores in the area when it comes to cleanliness, organization, and overall shopping experience. The store is bright, well maintained, and easy to navigate, making grocery shopping feel a little less like a chore. The produce section is usually attractive and well stocked, and the meat, bakery, and deli departments generally offer a higher-quality presentation than many discount grocery stores.
