Metro Val Caron is the best grocery store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and I know where everything is. The only two things I wish they had is FRESH olive selection (because their cheese selections are fantastic!) and I wish they never discontinued their store made spinach dip...that was devastating (but it was kind that they gave out the recipe.) My husband and I both hate grocery shopping, but we don't feel stressed or overwhelmed when we are at our Metro. Thank you for all you do for our community.
