We have now been waiting for over 20 minutes, and we're still waiting to have our cake served. We asked a staff member, who told us the baker was on a break, but no one could tell us how much longer the wait would be. It's disappointing to be left waiting without any update or assistance. Better customer service and communication would have made the experience much better.
