Absolutely the worst company to do business with. Will deny your claim until the day you die! Currently during Covid-19 they're asking for all updated paperwork from my Dr's. Then they did the fastest review they have ever done to avoid me getting to my Dr.'s & getting them their paperwork. Last time -non covid it took 4 plus months. this time 4 weeks. This company is dirty. Do yourself a favor & do not EVER choose them! I've been dealing with nonstop stress & BS for 2 years.

Looked for a MetLife office in the Villages there is'nt one. This is the closest office that could answer questions on our Metlife contracts. He was able to get all of our contracts updated and some other policies and investments we had as well that saved us from having to go to multiple companies. Tracy and his staff were Wonderful and very professional, we have not had this kind of service in years and he is now our firm of choice and look forward to working with him on our financial plan. Highly recommend.
Attempted to retrieve information on my grandmothers behalf. Was advised to send over my POA to the office so that they could assist me. After doing so they refused to honor my valid POA and began to ask medical questions about my grandmother. They refused to help me even though the POA spelled out that I could access information in regards to insurance information. I had to call the Corporate office and send of my POA again.
