Would not recommend. I had to call twice to get a call back. When I did receive a call back, the agent was more than happy to help me and was very very informative. After I gave the agent a copy of my HOA insurance document and a copy of my current declaration page (the agent said Travelers was saying I was already a customer with them), he told me to stay with State Farm because the rate was very close.
