I’ve been coming to Me Time for a while now and it’s hands down the best recovery spot I’ve been to. The saunas are spotless, the atmosphere is relaxing, and you can tell they’ve put real thought into creating a space where you can switch off and recharge. The staff are always welcoming and genuinely care about your experience, which makes a huge difference. I always leave feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and ready to tackle the week. Highly recommend to anyone looking for proper self-care and recovery!
My experiences with Nat has always been sensational. Having had aggressive Lymphoma the treatment that Nat has been doing for me has enabled my body to heal and the lymphatic system to work efficiently. I would highly recommend you take time to have any treatments Nat has to offer. I also have facials and remedial massages and love these treatments. There are so many other amazing treatments available.
Nathalia is a real-life goddess. My Facial Sculpting & Buccal Massage is always one of the highlights of my month.
