I had Methvin Sanitation, Waste Connections of Arkansas, Inc. 340 W Industrial Park Rd. Harrison AR 72601-8803, District No.3223 phone number 1-873-741-8095. We paid for the month of August 2023 on July 26, 2023, in the amount of $122.79. I should have had four pickups in August this is once a week. We only had two pickups. I called and cancelled our service on 8/22/2023. I ask for a refund for the two pickup that was missed. I was told that they would turn it over to a supervisor and he would get back to me. Even though they fail to pick up trash, they don't fail to bill and charge for those missed pickups!!! Methvin has changed hands and are now operating as "Waste Connections". I'd say both these companies rate a ZERO for their service and especially the honesty of their drivers and the overall integrity of the companies!!!.

I call this place more than I call my mother. Each week is a huge gamble as to whether our trash will get picked up. Of course las week in the storm, they didn't say they weren't coming so we got the pleasure of bring it back to the house. Now today their answering machine says they are picking up yesterdays trash today. So does that mean tomorrow, our day, they will be picking up todays. No explanation, no person to answer the phone. Poor service, to saythe least.
