We had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Noah helped us with selecting e-bikes for our family of 5 and gave us information about where to ride and what to expect. The bikes seemed brand new. My daughter had a fall resulting in a scrape to the frame and they were not concerned at all about the bike but more concerned about my daughter (she was fine).
