My surgery was great but the communication at this place is awful. It takes forever to get paperwork they don’t respond or answer calls. Once you get approved you can only talk to the one MA Emalee and it’s hard to reach her. After the surgery I have yet to hear from them so you pretty much on your own it seems like. Don’t waste your time having anyone else do your bariatric surgery except Dr Virginia Weaver. I can’t praise her and her staff enough. Thank you so much for changing my life for the better. Methodist hospital is the best hospital in Memphis, hands down! The care I received was A+

Tried this office after St Francis fired the Dr I had been seeing. Told my mother there was no need for yearly bloodwork if not having issues and that the np only sees people going thru surgery. Good luck with this office.
